How does Dapper integrate into a clinic setting?
Dapper is built to fit into your existing clinical workflows. Whether you’re an independent provider or part of a larger group or health system, we handle the legal and technical onboarding. We also train your staff on using the Dapper Digital Health Platform, which is designed to be as intuitive as—or more than—your current EHR.
Is the platform used with current patients or to attract new ones?
Both. Initially, you’ll use Dapper with your current and incoming patients. Optionally, we also offer the opportunity to be featured on our website, where new patients can discover and connect with participating providers. This visibility is completely optional and only for those interested in expanding their reach.
How is the platform introduced to patients during a visit?
In general, you’ll introduce Dapper to patients during visits, and discuss medication options with them from there we take over: managing fulfillment, customer support, and coordination for meds, labs, and supplements. You focus on care—we handle the logistics.
Is there a subscription fee for patients?
No. Patients are not charged a subscription fee. Revenue comes from the products patients choose to use—compounded medications, supplements, and lab kits. Our pricing is competitive and fully transparent to you as the provider.
What if the prescribed medications require lab monitoring?
You have two options:
In-clinic labs: Patients can return to your clinic for routine lab monitoring.
At-home kits: We’ll offer at-home lab kits in Q4 2025. They’re easy for patients to use and provide results within 48–72 hours.
